We are currently upgrading our kitchen equipment in order to offer more celiac-friendly foods!
We have always offered gluten-free options, but now we have also ordered and installed a brand new fryer that will have hot oil that has never been in contact with gluten! By July 5th we should have everything ready to roll!
This is a WIN for our gluten-intolerant customers!
Our hand-chipped fried, tater-tots, yam fries, chicken wings, and even fish tacos and fish and chips can now be made GLUTEN-FREE and cooked in fresh oil that has no cross-contamination risk! This upgrade has cost us over $5500 in equipment, install and redoing our whole fire suppression system to allow for this additional equipment on our line. We are proud to offer this solution for our wonderful guests.
